"How do I refer someone to Fuze?" Excellent question! We use a platform called RolePoint as a quick, intuitive and easy way to not only refer candidates but to share all of our open roles with your social networks like LinkedIn, FaceBook and Twitter. The RolePoint platform was built on the philosophy that "referrals can become the principle source of hiring across an organization, holding the key to better fit, higher performing employees." "So what's in it for me?" We're glad you asked! In addition to having the satisfaction of knowing you identified an emerging star who will help Fuze shine brighter than ever you will also get a CASH BONUS!
"Cash! Cool! How much?" Great news here... As of October 19, 2015, we've increased our bonus amounts and all hired referrals will earn between $2000 and $6000 USD.
"How do I get started?" Simply go to https://fuze.rolepoint.com/ to activate your account. And start referring and sharing immediately!!
"Are you sure my referrals aren't going into a black hole???" Yup, we're sure. And you can be too! Once logged in, you will be able to see when a referral was contacted and if they were hired by viewing the "My Referrals" section of the homepage.
"When will I see my referral bonus?" Payroll will include the bonus in your paycheck during the pay period following the new hire’s 90-day anniversary, which means you must still be employed at Fuze to get it!
"I'm here as a contractor, am I eligible?" In fact, contractors ARE eligible for referral bonuses as long as you are employed with Fuze when the referred employee hits their 90-day mark.

What is a “new applicant”?
New applicants are new candidates, meaning they have not previously been considered or applied for a role at the Company within 365 days.
Who is eligible?
All full-time employees are eligible to receive a referral bonus with the exception of the following:
- VP-level and above employees
- Employees whose jobs include the recruitment of employees
- Hiring managers or other persons associated with the selection of the candidate
- All HR Department employees
- Family members
