Gartner Recognizes Fuze as a Visionary

Fuze is Empowering the Future of Work

with Innovation in Communication and Collaboration Technology

Gartner recognized Fuze as a Visionary in the 2019 UCaaS Magic Quadrant, Worldwide. This is the tenth time that Fuze has been included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant as one of the innovators paving the way in enterprise cloud communications and collaboration.

We believe we were included in the report because of our:

  • Ability to deliver industry leading global voice for larger and often multinational organizations, which have more complex deployments and integration requirements
  • Intuitive, consumer-inspired unified experience and consistent user interface across desktop, mobile, web client, and its conference room solution
  • Continued investments to improve customer experience and value realization for organizations pursuing digital transformation

When investing in unified communications and collaboration, business leaders have different goals depending on their role. For CEOs, it’s often to drive positive business outcomes. For CIOs and IT leaders, it's to help their company evolve, while securely and reliably improving operations through technology initiatives. For Chief People Officers and HR leaders, it’s about creating an environment to attract new talent, while ensuring that current employees feel they have what they need to be productive and included within the company’s culture.

We built Fuze to help leaders innovate. We built a unified platform and have established partnerships with like-minded organizations to help them digitally transform their businesses through a proven cloud communications enablement practice.

In its 2Q19 Forecast Analysis, Gartner projects that global UC spending will reach $46.4 billion in 2023. Fuze believes this is signaling that UCaaS solutions are quickly moving from early adopters to the mainstream as broader range of larger organizations look at the future of communications as a strategic business initiative.

The Gartner forecast also predicts an increased demand for conferencing and collaboration solutions by a larger number of organizations as workers are drawn into more collaborative work. Fuze believes that with these changes in how organizations and their teams collaborate across enterprises, the lines between voice and video, as well as group and 1-to-1 communication will naturally blur. Workers will want seamless experiences that allows them to go from a group conversation to a one-off, or from video to file-sharing without skipping a beat.

We built Fuze to meet the needs of these workers, with a platform that creates a sense of connection within teams, across offices, and around the world.

While others look to join the conversation around the future of work, Fuze’s mission is to define it for organizations as they plot a course to compete for business and increase agility for the next wave of the economy. Technology is changing the culture of work faster than many realize.

As automation allows employees in all industries to become less focused on repeatable processes, they instead can spend time on creative, collaborative, and more innately human tasks. This shift in responsibilities is leading to organizational restructuring, and an overall reimagining of what work means.
