The CIO from a San Francisco-based garment company that designs and manufactures high quality junior, misses, and girls-sized clothing for major department and specialty stores had just emerged from a presentation at today's Midsize Enterprise Summit West focused on the changing face of IT leadership and the need for executives to increase the value of IT within their organizations.
