Fuze Global Voice Platform Improves Business Communication with Localized User Experience, Unmetered International Calling

International fixed-priced bundles create greater cost predictability; local phone numbers deliver familiar calling experience for today’s modern, distributed workforce

Fuze (formerly ThinkingPhones), the leader in global voice, video, and collaboration, today announced the general availability of Fuze Global Unmetered calling, a global plan providing customers with unmetered calling to over 100 countries, free calls between Fuze endpoints, and a more localized calling experience at a predictable cost.

With unified service offerings available under the Fuze Global Voice platform, the Company can offer unique pricing models and robust calling capabilities worldwide. Fuze will offer this product across the largest set of countries for global end users in the industry, delivering more predictable monthly costs for global calling. Calls between Fuze endpoints are free whether they originate within the enterprise or are made to any Fuze endpoint within the Fuze customer network.

Beyond Global Unmetered calling, the Company will continue to offer a variety of calling packages to meet an organization’s specific global needs when calling outside of the Fuze network, including Single Country Unmetered and United States and Europe Unmetered. Single Country Unmetered calling allows for unlimited calling into a selected country, an ideal option for customers who do the majority of their voice communication into a single country and who would prefer a predictable monthly cost. United States and Europe Unmetered calling includes the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico in addition to 17 European countries. As an unmatched offering in the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) industry, it provides an ideal option for customers who have widely dispersed calling around Europe and the U.S., and who would prefer a predictable monthly cost with a more localized calling experience.
