Fuze Named A Unified Communications and Collaboration Leader in the 2019 Aragon Research Globe™ for the Third Consecutive Year

April 24, 2019 by Eric Hanson

Globe with a rising sun behind it

Each year, Aragon Research completes a rigorous analysis of the Unified Communications and Collaboration market using three dimensions––strategy, performance, and reach––to evaluate major providers in the market and segment them into four sectors. In 2019, fourteen providers were evaluated. For the third consecutive year, Fuze is proud to be named a Leader in the Aragon Research Globe™ for Unified Communications and Collaboration report. Unlike other reports that narrowly evaluate unified communications, Aragon Research reflects the reality of the market. It helps further demonstrate that the lines have blurred between the ways we leverage the different modalities of communication to collaborate and build on ideas that produce great work product. Our inclusion in such valued research in a time of vast workforce transformation helps reinforce the importance of the investments we are making and we couldn’t be more excited!

The report itself identifies Fuze’s strengths within the UCaaS space, including:

A unique, unified experience

The report analyzed Fuze’s success among medium and large enterprises and “a seamless user experience across all UCC modalities,” among other capabilities. Jim Lundy, CEO or Aragon Research shares:

“Fuze has continued to push the envelope on ease of use, while also expanding its video conferencing capabilities. Fuze offers a complete collaboration experience that includes business voice, persistent chat, presence, and content sharing in a single app for distributed teams.”

This year’s report also cited Fuze’s commitment to mobile-first experiences and unique features built on its Car Mode, which enhances communication and collaboration for workers who primarily do their jobs on-the-go. And taking user-experience one step further, Fuze Rooms extends the Fuze experience to any meeting space, from the phone in your pocket to any conference room, making it an essential collaboration and productivity tool for distributed teams.

A leader in digital transformation and the future of work

To be named a “Leader,” companies must demonstrate comprehensive strategies that align with industry direction and market demand, and effectively perform against those strategies. Fuze is proud to be one of the Leaders in both the UCC and Web and Video Conferencing Globes. Fuze’s inclusion in the report demonstrates that the lines of communication and collaboration between individuals and groups are blurring, validating that our strategy of delivering a single platform built on Fuze-developed audio, video, and chat technologies is supporting the inevitable future of flexible work.

As digital transformation continues to redefine the modern workforce, distributed and mobile-first workers rely on unified communications to drive seamless efficiency. We’re thrilled to be named a Leader for the third year in a row, as we continue to seek new ways to transform the way employees of all backgrounds achieve peak productivity.
