This year marks the twelfth consecutive time that Fuze has been included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Unified Communications as a Service, Worldwide report. While this number is impressive in itself, I’m even more proud of the category we continue to be recognized in. As the only “Visionary” included in the report, we feel it validates our deep understanding of where the UCaaS market is going and our vision for changing the rules of the market.
2021 has been a particularly big year for us. We saw record-breaking engagement on the Fuze platform during a disruptive time for the global workforce and the mass move to more flexible and remote work. We’ve continued to demonstrate our commitment to meeting the communication needs of the modern worker, and evolve our offerings to address these changing demands. Let’s take a closer look at some of our UCaaS milestones over the past year.
A Changing Platform for a Changing Workforce
In the past year, Gartner recognized Fuze for its ability to execute and completeness of vision.
We believe Fuze was named the only 2021 Magic Quadrant Visionary because of:
- Fuze’s focus on delivering global cloud communications and contact center to large enterprise companies.
- Innovation in Fuze's contact center offering and vertical solutions.
- Best-in-class customer experience in communication and collaboration for workers anywhere, on any device.
We were also commended for our new vertical strategy rolled out this year, offering tailored solutions to address specialized communications needs across industries like recruiting and manufacturing.
In the past twelve months, we expanded our suite of integrations as part of Fuze’s Integrations Ecosystem, launching two Microsoft Teams offerings, Click to Connect and Direct Routing, as well as integrations with Gmail, Zapier, and Slack. We also developed a "Flexible Work" resource center that includes best practices for working remotely in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It’s never been clearer that the workforce communications industry is continuously changing, and it is our responsibility to empower workers with the tools they need to remain productive and ultimately maintain business continuity. I couldn’t be more thrilled about our continued recognition in the UCaaS space as we continue to power our global enterprise customers.
