Ringing in 2022 with Our Partner Community

It’s hard to believe that 2021 is coming to a close and the new year is just around the corner. 2021 has been quite the year for Fuze’s partner program and I’m thankful for the wonderful community we have and the progress we’ve created.

 

Here are a few milestones from the last twelve months that I’m particularly proud of:

 

  • In May of this year, we launched our partner-first initiative as part of our retooled partner program focused on empowering our partners with the services, support, and technology they need to meet modern customer demands and power their digital transformation efforts. With this program we wanted to enable our partners to choose the best methodology for them to engage in their markets, and arm them with the tools they need to better meet evolving communications and collaboration needs.

 

  • In October we were recognized for customer service excellence by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), meeting its rigorous standards for customer support and excellence. Fuze was the only UCaaS vendor to be included for the fifth year in a row, and this award was great validation of our commitment to our partners and growth in providing top-notch customer support.

 

  • We also launched a Fuze Partner Reseller component to our channel programs. This additional initiative for Fuze national and global resellers acts as a separate program within the Fuze partner team, and focuses on successful reseller outcomes, enabling Fuze partners to pick the best go-to-market strategy based on their unique customer needs.

 

Looking ahead to 2022, we’re excited for what’s in store. Many of you may have heard the announcement that 8x8 will acquire Fuze. We will plan to continue to drive innovation within our partner programs and deliver services that contribute to your business success. Our top priority will continue to be maintaining our relationships with you, and Fuze customers will continue to be supported on the Fuze platform once the transaction is finalized. We’re looking forward to rolling out new enterprise offerings in the future, as well as fueling our continued partnerships!
