Colin Doherty

We are proud to announce that Comparably, a culture and compensation data platform, has once again recognized Fuze with two Q2 2019 awards, Best CEOs for Women and Best Leadership Teams. Award winners are based entirely on employee feedback and reflect a company’s work in meeting each of the categories. This is the second time that our CEO Colin Doherty has received the Best CEOs for Women award, and this recognition adds to our growing list of Comparably awards, which also include:

  • Best Companies for Work-Life Balance

  • Best Company Managers

  • Best Company for Professional Development

At Fuze, we’re excited about the possibilities that the future of work brings, especially when thinking about how flexible work will help our employees - and all employees - achieve a true work-life balance. Beyond flexible work, it is so important to our leadership team that we listen to the needs of our employees, and create programs and policies that reflect those needs. Our Women’s Network is one such example of an essential program, which gives women at Fuze the space to meet and network for skills and career development opportunities to feel supported, empowered and inspired by each other. Winning awards for company leadership like the Comparably recognitions are a reflection of our strong company culture, and inspire us to continue to listen and learn from the employees that make Fuze such a great place to work.
