Fuze Named a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant 2020 Report for UCaaS, Worldwide

I believe, this year’s recognitions in Magic Quadrant and Critical Capabilities reports showcase that Fuze has the experience to back up our claim that we are the best enterprise unified communication cloud specialists in the space. We are not a meetings company attempting to specialize in business communications, nor are we a hardware infrastructure or productivity company attempting to drive more eyeballs to our broader platform. We know what works and what doesn’t—enterprise unified communications is what we do.

 

For enterprise cloud communications organizations, the global business climate has been turned upside down and, in many cases, has accelerated strategic planning for the prioritization of enterprise cloud services and collaboration by five years. This has resulted in the early arrival of the future of work to the here and now and makes analyst reports, like the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant and the 2020 Critical Capabilities for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Worldwide that much more important to us in the development of this strategy.

 

Fuze is proud to be recognized by Gartner again this year, as THE ONLY Magic Quadrant Visionary recipient in the report. I think this is due to Fuze’s strategic move in late 2019 to focus exclusively on servicing enterprise organizations around the world.

 

For buyers, a maturing market can make it more difficult to identify which vendors are best suited to address unique business requirements. These reports can help narrow the playing field.

 

We believe Fuze was named the only 2020 Magic Quadrant Visionary in enterprise UCaaS because:

●   We know that the user experience matters. We designed our desktop and mobile apps with our customers’ needs and priorities first, resulting in a best-in-class user experience.

In its 2020 Critical Capabilities report, Gartner has scored Fuze amongst highest three across all use cases. In these use cases, Fuze was scored:

 

●    Amongst highest two for the Multinational Organization Use Case- 3.86/5 (We believe this is due to our global strategy)

 

●    Amongst highest two vendors for Large Enterprise Use Case- 3.86/5

 

●    Amongst Highest two vendors for Mobility and Remote Working Use Case- 4.12/5, we believe likely from our ability to support frontline workers (or those forced to adopt flexible work strategies overnight). Large customers, like Easterseals of Southern California and Waste Management, have given testimonials that validate this. 

 

●    Amongst Highest three vendors for Midsize Enterprise Use Case- 3.88/5

 

●    Highest three vendors for Integrated Contact Center Use Case-3.97/5, we believe because of the significant investment we’ve made in both Fuze Contact Center and our partnership with NICE inContact.

This year, we’re really pleased with our position in the 2020 Magic Quadrant and Critical Capabilities reports. We’re proud to be considered the only Visionary in the 2020 Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service, Worldwide, report by Gartner.
