What does your organization do? What are you trying to achieve?

Forgame Holdings Limited ("Forgame"), established in 2009, is a leading developer and publisher of web games in China, with a fast-growing mobile games business. Forgame operates hundreds of self-developed, licensed mobile and web games, and has attracted over 222 million registered players.

Forgame aims to become a globally leading, cloud-based company that can enable millions of users to enjoy gaming at any time, and at any place.

Why did you choose Fuze? How did you come across Fuze?

Since our initial public offering, we have begun expanding nationally and internationally. We now have offices in Guangzhou, Beijing, Hong Kong, Taipei and California. We chose Fuze due to the intuitive and easy-to-use user interface.

Fuze was introduced to Forgame through our US-based industry partners as we needed video conferencing capabilities without the expensive legacy equipment. Furthermore, because our employees are constantly traveling and working out of office, we needed video conferencing capability while on the move.

How do you use Fuze today? Have you discovered new uses for it?

We use Fuze today for both internal and external purposes. Internally, our Greater China offices in Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Beijing use Fuze to communicate with each other. Once we became confident with the tool, we expanded our use of Fuze to board meetings, with two board members who are based in New York and California. The meeting experience turned out well and our board members were able to use Fuze instantly without any training requirements. We further expanded our use of Fuze with our 2015 Annual General Meeting, in which our public investors and media participated in.

How is Fuze making an impact? What do you like best about Fuze?

Fuze is materially lowering the costs and difficulty for global-facing Chinese companies like ours to communicate and collaborate with our international offices. We like Fuze due to its simplicity, reliability and cost. We were unable to find locally-developed applications that meet our video conferencing needs, and thankfully, Fuze works for us in China!

Can you share your top tip for Fuze users?

Fuze is not only video conferencing—we discovered many other handy tools. Fuze’s screen-sharing, screen-control, and document co-editing functions brings the video conference materially closer to a face-to-face experience.
