Now that the Big Game is over we can’t help but feel inspired by how the Patriots came together to secure the win and Lombardi trophy. Watching the game made us reflect on how Fuze helps teams within enterprises come together so that they can win and excel at any goal or project they’re trying to accomplish, be it a big deliverable or important meeting.

We’ve outlined some key insights about communications and collaboration tech after watching the Big Game.

Coaching the Team

Despite the players being in different positions across the field (or country), businesses that have integrated UCaaS solutions can instantly communicate with every team member without interruption. Staying in constant contact with employees, managers and leaders allows teams to share insights as to what challenges they are facing and to quickly and efficiently adjust strategy as needed. As a result, teams are able to rapidly adapt to the shifting and evolving challenges that are bound to come up on any project.

Quarterbacking the Plays

UCaaS solutions are the perfect tool to bring the team into a huddle. While some team members may be miles away, they’re still able to join meetings and calls to hear the latest game time decision without interruption to their productivity. Managers can bring everyone together, relaying strategic plans and goals to the team face-to-face. If there’s a last minute change to the big presentation next week or an addition that needs to be made to the big project, the entire team can quickly collaborate to adapt and adjust accordingly.

Star Players

Fuze enables businesses to draft the best talent in the game. Traditionally, if a stellar prospect lives in a different city than your organization, this may be a dealbreaker to bring them onto your team. However, seamless calling, meeting, chatting, and sharing allow distributed teams to collaborate as if they are simply down the hall. This becomes a bottom line initiative, allowing enterprises to sign top talent regardless of geographical location.

While we wouldn’t compare UC tools to Tom Brady, we know the importance of bringing teams together. Providing the right tools and flexibility to do your best work allow the entire team to communicate and collaborate effectively, increasing productivity to ultimately excel at the big meeting or final presentation.
