On MassTLC: What a Long, Strange Trip It’s Been
September 15, 2016 by Steve Kokinos

If on New Year’s 2016 you told me that in nine short months, my company would rebrand, close over $110M in funding, report record earnings, be recognized for our business practices, add more than 200 customers to our roster, be recognized again for the innovation of our cloud unified communications platform, and continue to change the way people communicate and collaborate, I likely would have told you to lay off the champagne. Today, it is half way through September and the entire Fuze family has seen growth and achievement unlike anything we’ve ever experienced – with no signs of slowing down.
Last night Fuze was recognized by the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council (MassTLC) as the Emerging Company of the Year, and our platform was named the Best Use of Cloud Technology among a titanic group of fellow nominees. These awards are a true testament to the work and dedication of Fuzers across the globe, as well as to our commitment to making communication a bit simpler.

MassTLC judges its recipients not only on the value proposition of a given product or service, but on the experience of being a member of the company’s community. As a provider of unified communications to enterprises worldwide, our goal is to maximize the work experience of their teams.
While my co-founder, Derek Yoo (Fuze’s Chief Technology Officer), and I are honored and humbled to receive these awards, we view them not as a nod to “keep up the good work,” but a challenge to continue raising the bar higher, to push the envelope a little further, and to change the way employees look at work for good.
Congratulations to our fellow winners, the full list of which you can find here: http://fuze.to/mQah304fE8m
