Our Focus on the Enterprise
Our Board of Directors and management team are constantly evaluating our business strategy and all opportunities to ensure that the company is performing at the highest possible level. After much consideration, the Board believes that this is the optimal time for Fuze to transfer leadership and continue propelling our business forward.
I have been named Chief Executive Officer of Fuze, effective immediately, and I am glad to share that Rob Scudiere has been named President and Chief Operating Officer. I have also named Tom Siegel, a four year veteran of Fuze, Chief Sales Officer. We thank Colin Doherty and Chris Doggett for their extensive contributions to Fuze and wish them well in their future endeavors.
I am thrilled, both personally and professionally, to serve as Fuze’s next CEO. Over my last three years here, I have witnessed Fuze experience rapid expansion and adoption by enterprise organizations, positioning us as a leading UCaaS provider of communications solutions. As part of management and our Board’s broad strategic deliberations, our team has designed a business plan that plays to these strengths in the enterprise market.
It has become clear to me and to the team that Fuze must capitalize on its competitive advantage in the enterprise market in order to realize the company’s full potential. Moving forward, Fuze will center itself on providing transformative cloud communications solutions to the enterprise market. Focusing our efforts on building enterprise solutions aligns our business with the industry trend of larger companies moving communications to the cloud and enables us to invest in our core strengths.
To effectively align Fuze’s operations to focus on the enterprise market, we have had to make critical and challenging changes across our global organization. We are now laser focused on meeting the evolving needs of enterprise organizations, by providing global cloud communications solutions that empower them to move away from legacy systems and embrace digital transformation.
By centering our focus and operations on the enterprise portion of our business, we will best position Fuze for long-term success. I am truly grateful for the dedication and contributions of all who have gotten us to this point.
Fuze faces many exciting opportunities ahead. Our enterprise customers choose us, time and again, to reduce the costs and complications of their existing communications environments because we are particularly good at deploying a single, comprehensive solution across large organizations, and they trust us to help. I am confident that as we move forward into this new phase for our company, we will only enhance our ability to provide best-in-class UCaaS solutions to our customers. I am excited about our future and the milestones ahead.
