Wellness Resources for the Workforce: Free Tools to Take Care of Yourself
Our working lives are currently in flux. Across the globe, the workforce has experienced a widespread transition into operating fully remote — and in many cases, at a zero to 100 pace. As we settle into the constant buzz of status updates, video meetings, and chat interruptions, business leaders are prioritizing wellness resources for their employees and their families.
At Fuze, we work hard to keep our employees informed and supported while working from home. This ensures that we’re not only able to continue being productive, but that we can also take care of ourselves and our families, creating a sense of work-life balance while juggling a new normal.
With even just 15 minutes to spare on a busy day, we’ve compiled a list of free resources to help relieve stress and remain focused on health and wellbeing in these unprecedented times.
Grokker - A wellness solution provides free access to tools, including video content for holistic wellbeing programs like fitness, mental health, nutrition and sleep, as well as access to expert encouragement through GrokTalk. This tool is available through May 31st.
Calm - A cloud-based meditation and relaxation resource with free content available for guided meditation and quick calming exercises.
Peloton - The Peloton app is offering free streaming for 90 days that includes family fun exercises, yoga and meditation, cardio, cycling, and running exercises on any mobile device, tablet or TV.
Wellbeats - Wellbeats is an at-home workout app, available for free through April 30th, including 500+ workouts from home fitness.
Fitbit Premium - A free trial for users on the Fitbit app wherever Premium is available is being offered for 90 days, including hundreds of workouts categorized by time, activity and fitness levels.
