These Pricing and Billing Terms explain the way in which you can use the paid aspects of our Service (a “Paid Account”). By using a Paid Account through the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Pricing and Billing Terms.
Capitalized terms that are not defined in the Pricing and Billing Terms have the meaning given them in FuzeBox’s Terms of Service https://www.fuze.com/legal. The FuzeBox Terms of Service are herby incorporated by reference.
1. Paid Account Services
Fuze Pro – Online meetings for up to 125 attendees with Unlimited US Toll Audio – $/96year
Fuze Enterprise – Online meetings with unlimited US Toll and enterprise management – $240/year
Fuze Audio Credits – Audio credits that can be used for toll-free, international and call-me per minute charges – $40*
Enterprise Addons – Optional enterprise add-ons and packages – prices are as offered and available through the Service from time to time.
*Fuze Audio Credits (“Credits”) are only supported and available on Fuze Pro accounts. Credits must be used within 180 days of purchase. There are no refunds for unused Credits if you cancel or change your account to an unsupported account, or if Credits are not used within 180 days of purchase; however, if you change your account back to a Fuze Pro account and you still have Credits available, you may use such Credits within the original 180-day period.
FuzeBox accepts certain credit cards and will automatically charge your selected credit card for all applicable fees on a yearly basis until you or we cancel your Paid Account. The Paid Account fee will be billed when you first choose to open a Paid Account and each year thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. Paid Account charges are fully earned upon payment and there are no refunds or credits for partially used years. If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or FuzeBox is unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, FuzeBox reserves the right to revoke access to your FuzeBox account and/or User Content.
All information that you provide in connection with a monetary transaction through the Service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction through the Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any monetary transactions.
Should you elect to upgrade your Paid Account to an upgraded level of service, the commencement date for your next renewal period will be reset and you will be billed for the first year of the upgraded level of service on a pro-rata basis.. Your next payment would then be due one year later.
If you want to use a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your information by accessing your "Account Page" page. If your credit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the FuzeBox constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that credit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.
C. No Refunds. You may cancel or downgrade your FuzeBox account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellations or downgrades. If you cancel or downgrade your account from a Paid Account to a free account, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on your subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any unused Audio Credits, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else. In the event that FuzeBox suspends or terminates your account or this Agreement for your breach of this Agreement, you also understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on your subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any unused Audio Credits, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.
2. Cancelling Your Account
Your FuzeBox Paid Account will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your Paid Account, or we terminate it. You must cancel your Paid Account before it renews each year in order to avoid billing of the next year’s fees to your credit card. FuzeBox will bill the yearly fees associated with your Paid Account plus any applicable tax to the credit card you provide to us during registration (or to a different credit card if you change your account information). By signing up for a FuzeBox Paid Account and providing FuzeBox with your payment account information, you hereby agree to these payment terms and conditions.
3. Free Accounts
FuzeBox allows you to Online meetings with up to 25 Attendees free of charge. FuzeBox reserves the right to terminate Free Accounts at any time, with or without notice. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if a Free Account is inactive for ninety (90) days, then FuzeBox may delete any or all of your User Content with or without providing additional notice.
4. Changes to the Pricing and Billing Terms,
FuzeBox may, at its sole discretion, modify or update these Pricing and Billing Terms from time to time to reflect the changes in our business and practices, and so you should review this page periodically. When we change the policy in a material manner we will let you know and update the ‘last modified’ date at the top of this page.
