Users with a Fuze Contact Center* license can access Fuze Contact Center directly from their Fuze Desktop applications, and can be configured as either agents or supervisors.

  • Extend the display of a Fuze Meeting onto dual monitors to display meeting content on one screen and video streams on the other
  • Assign a DID to the room to make a receive phone calls
  • Start a meeting by entering the Meeting ID on the touch tablet, initiating an ad hoc meeting, or launch the meeting from your desktop or mobile device
