Fuze Plans FAQs
Are all of my users required to be on the same plan? No, you can select different plans for specific users to meet your organization's unique needs. Some users may only need unlimited calling in their own country, while others are consistently making calls to a number of different countries. The ability to mix-and-match plans among users provides organizations with a way to optimize the services fully available to them without paying for underutilized or unused calling services.
Which devices and browsers does Fuze support? Fuze Desktop is available to download on Windows and Mac computers, while Fuze Mobile can be downloaded in the Apple Store and Google Play Store for iPhone, iPad, and Android.
Fuze supports the full calling, meeting, and messaging experience on Chrome and Edge with no download required. Guests can join Fuze Meetings on Internet Explorer 11 and Mozilla Firefox.
Which countries are supported for unlimited calling in Fuze Calling and Fuze Pro? Fuze Calling and Fuze Pro provide unlimited calling in one of these countries or regions to an individual user: United States & Canada, Mexico, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Spain & Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand, Japan.
The United States & Canada, Australia & New Zealand, and Spain & Portugal are the three joint “regions” available for unlimited calling with Fuze Calling or Fuze Pro. The other countries only offer unlimited calling in the country listed.
How are users assigned a country/region for unlimited calling with a Fuze Calling or Fuze Pro plan? Fuze Calling and Fuze Pro have unlimited calling plans for one country/region. However, the country/region is determined by the country/region of the user receiving the service. For example, a user located in France cannot have unlimited calling for Japan. This user would automatically have unlimited calling capabilities for France.
