Global cloud-based communication platform for international expansion

Fuze, the leading cloud-based communications solution for the modern global enterprise, today announced a contract with FIME, a world-leader in consulting, testing, and certification services for secure technologies, to move its communication to the cloud, consolidating voice, video, and collaboration into a single, global platform.

Using Fuze, FIME will dramatically simplify its communications infrastructure to provide a modern platform for its 400+ staff to collaborate and support its international network of clients, which includes major brands such as American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.

The Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution replaces multiple vendor solutions, including Skype for Business and Avaya, and allows FIME to strip out on-premise PBX systems from its eight offices worldwide. The cloud-based delivery model will allow FIME to continue its rapid expansion, scaling easily with the company as new locations and employees are added.

Easy integration with enterprise business applications, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, will enable FIME staff to enrich every client interaction with information and insights that inform conversations. The mobile capabilities of the Fuze platform also mean field workers will benefit from the same, rich communication experience as their office-based colleagues.

Fuze unmetered international calling means that FIME can control the cost of its communications globally and improve financial forecasting. Cost savings are also expected by removing the requirement to support and update on-premise tools and manage multiple software licensing agreements.

Vincent Poty, Chief Operations Officer at FIME, commented: “Fuze provided the opportunity to update and streamline our communications approach, with features and solution performance that other companies simply couldn’t offer. Using Fuze, we have the ideal platform to support us as we scale and grow our business and to deliver a rich set of features to support every employee.”

Jerome Deloziere, Vice President Sales Southern Europe at Fuze commented: “Too many organizations continue to face the challenges of managing legacy, on-premise communication systems that are no longer fit to support their business. By adopting a cloud-first strategy, IT leaders can remove the headache of managing multiple, disparate systems and applications and realize the benefits of predictable costs and a continuously evolving feature set that meets the expectations of today’s workforce in how, where and when they want to communicate.”
