Fuze, the leading cloud communications platform provider for the modern global enterprise, today announced that Aragon Research, a leading technology focused research and advisory firm, has given the company a “Very Favorable” or “Favorable” rating in all three major categories in Fuze’s first Vendor Power Rating report.
Aragon Research’s Vendor Power Ratings are a comprehensive evaluation of leading providers in their respective markets. They evaluate vendors in three categories––Product Offerings, Corporate Viability, and Go-To-Market approach––and nine subcategories, assigning ratings ranging from ‘Unfavorable’ up to ‘Very Favorable.’ The Vendor Power Rating: Fuze, Inc. report also provides an overview of the current state of the Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) market.
The Aragon Research report gave Fuze a ‘Very Favorable’ rating in Product Offerings and ‘Favorable’ ratings in the Corporate Viability and Go-To-Market categories. Previously, Aragon Research included Fuze in multiple reports:
- Leader in two Aragon Research Globe™ Web and Video Conferencing* 2017 reports,
- Leader in the Unified Communications and Collaboration** 2017 report, and
- Hot Vendor for Unified Communications and Collaboration*** 2016 report.
In the Vendor Power Rating: Fuze, Inc. report, Analysts Jim Lundy and Adrian Bowles said the UCC market is evolving as vendors integrate more services and leverage multi-communication offerings. According to Aragon Research, demand for key elements of the UCC platform is being influenced by shifts in the market, including voice services moving to SaaS and hybrid cloud, and increased demand for web and video conferencing services.
“The UCC market is undergoing change and consolidation, as providers move services to the cloud and business leaders understand the transformational impact that video can have in the workplace and with partners and customers,” Lundy and Bowles wrote.
“In today’s work environment, enterprises are breaking down barriers, helping employees work anywhere, and communicate more seamlessly and productively across the organization,” said Colin Doherty, CEO, Fuze. “Fuze’s modern cloud communications platform enables this new way of work, empowering people to collaborate instantly, whether in the office or working remotely, across any device. The Vendor Power Rating: Fuze, Inc. report does a stellar job summarizing the changes impacting the UCC market. We’re proud of the ratings we received and believe they highlight Fuze’s leadership in this evolving market.”
