With Fuze Meetings, users can start ad hoc meetings from either Fuze’s integrated team messaging capabilities or from a Slack channel. Users can also schedule, host, and join private, hostless, and high-capacity meetings directly from their calendars.

Fuze delivers a multi-party HD video conferencing solution that automatically optimizes for single or dual HD monitor configurations and can also be used as a traditional audio conference room phone using its integrated dial pad. Organizations can deploy the solution with a PC, Mac, or tablet and choose from a wide range of USB speakerphones and cameras.

Fuze makes starting or joining a meeting in a conference room easy. With one-click simplicity users can join from within the room or right from Fuze on their personal device. Fuze Rooms can also be scheduled as a resource from Microsoft and Google.

The optionally available Telepresence Connect add-on enables organizations to provide interoperability with standards based video conferencing systems, such as Cisco, Polycom, and LifeSize, supporting audio, video, and bi-directional content sharing with Fuze Rooms, Fuze Desktop, or the Fuze Mobile experience.

Users can send images, documents, and links or keep track of next steps and to-do’s in the group’s shared notes. Seamlessly transition from a group chat to a group call for an ad hoc meeting or to get feedback.

Fuze Presence lets your colleagues know when you’re available based on your call and meeting activity and your Google or Microsoft calendar events.

Fuze Rooms also supports a variety of USB speakerphones and HD cameras from partners like Logitech, Jabra, and Poly. The system can be controlled from a keyboard/mouse or through a touch screen companion experience available on tablets, the Mimo touch display, and Logitech Tap.
