HD audio & video conferencing
Real-time collaboration that increases cross-functional engagement and business productivity
For most organizations, work is shifting from being repetitive and task-oriented to cross-functional group projects. As a result, a higher percentage of general knowledge workers need access to conferencing and collaboration tools.
Fuze offers enterprise-grade HD audio and video conferencing for meetings with up to 1,000 participants with dynamic screen and content sharing. Fuze Meetings can be purchased as a standalone service or enabled within Fuze Calling. Both services are tightly integrated into the same unified application with a consistent user experience across desktop, mobile, and web.
Fuze Meetings blends world-class HD VoIP and global dial-in access. It securely delivers a quality audio experience by intelligently routing and dynamically optimizing the experience for each meeting participant based on their location and available network connectivity.
With Fuze Meetings, users can start ad hoc meetings from either Fuze’s integrated team messaging capabilities or from a Slack channel. Users can also schedule, host, and join private, hostless, and high-capacity meetings directly from their calendars.
Video conference room solutions
Extend the power of Fuze Meetings to any room
In most business environments, video conference rooms are expensive to build and maintain, and complicated to use. Fuze meets these challenges with a cost effective solution for any room scenario based on its award-winning desktop and mobile experience.
Fuze delivers a multi-party HD video conferencing solution that automatically optimizes for single or dual HD monitor configurations and can also be used as a traditional audio conference room phone using its integrated dial pad. Organizations can deploy the solution with a PC, Mac, or tablet and choose from a wide range of USB speakerphones and cameras.
Fuze makes starting or joining a meeting in a conference room easy. With one-click simplicity users can join from within the room or right from Fuze on their personal device. Fuze Rooms can also be scheduled as a resource from Microsoft and Google.
The optionally available Telepresence Connect add-on enables organizations to provide interoperability with standards based video conferencing systems, such as Cisco, Polycom, and LifeSize, supporting audio, video, and bi-directional content sharing with Fuze Rooms, Fuze Desktop, or the Fuze Mobile experience.
Chat and real-time presence status from any device
No more switching between applications, tools, or devices to track down the best way to reach a colleague. Fuze facilitates seamless teamwork so users can connect groups of coworkers and external parties quickly and easily with a messaging platform supporting 1:1 chat, group messaging, and presence across desktop, mobile, and web.
Modern chat features make named chat groups your home for specific teams, working groups, or projects. Users can send images, documents, and links or keep track of next steps and to-do’s in the group’s shared notes. Seamlessly transition from a group chat to a group call for an ad hoc meeting or to get feedback.
Fuze Presence lets your colleagues know when you’re available based on your call and meeting activity and your Google or Microsoft calendar events.
Visibility into the one technology that touches everyone
Communications data has long been locked away in the black box of on-premise solutions and excluded from holistic enterprise business intelligence analysis.
Fuze’s unified platform which provides a centralized view of calling, meeting, and messaging data can provide a unique perspective for business leaders through its base product, Fuze View and more advanced trend analysis through Fuze Discover.
IT leaders can use Fuze Data to monitor user adoption during the transition to cloud communications. It can also help organizations better understand trends from internal and external communications that can help identify operational inefficiencies and gaps in cross functional company engagement.
Ensuring audio quality for group conferencing and collaboration
Your meeting experience is only as good as your audio experience. Using the right devices in a supported configuration ensures the best user experience. Fuze auto detects and notifies users when unsupported devices are connected or attached devices are installed incorrectly, suggesting solutions or providing links to best practices.
Fuze supports a wide variety of headsets for desktop and mobile use cases whether you’re commuting, between meetings, in an open office, or working in a call center. Access to call and meeting controls on the headset gives users the option to choose how and when they are heard without the need to access the application or be in reach of your mobile or desk phone.
Fuze Rooms also supports a variety of USB speakerphones and HD cameras from partners like Logitech, Jabra, and Poly. The system can be controlled from a keyboard/mouse or through a touch screen companion experience available on tablets, the Mimo touch display, and Logitech Tap.
